All across Massachusetts termites cause millions of dollars in damage each year. A Termite colony can go undetected for long periods of time and cause significant damage to the foundation and substructure of a home if left untreated.
Symptoms of a Termite Problem

Anyone that has done any research on termite control knows that there is basically two modern methods of dealing with a termite infestation in Massachusetts - Termite Baiting Stations and Soil Barrier Liquid (aka liquid Termiticide) Treatments.
We see baiting stations as a very non-aggressive and lazy approach to termite control. In Massachusetts, once termite baiting stations are installed at your home it may take 2 YEARS before you realize that the baiting stations have not been effective and that a more aggressive approach is necessary. In the meantime the termite colony has grown larger and continued to damage the structure of your home over that 2 YEAR period. Do you really want to wait around for a year or two wondering if anything is being done to control your termite problem? Meanwhile the pest control company keeps returning to check the baiting stations and "monitoring termite activity" at the baiting stations. We do not endorse termite baiting stations in any way and we do not use them in our termite control services.
Once evidence of a termite colony has been detected we take a very heavy-duty approach to controlling your termite problem. MassPest uses soil barrier treatments for termite control using liquid Termiticide. This process involves drilling holes in the foundation of your home to inject Termiticide into the area where termites live - in the soil under your home. We also apply Termiticide around the exterior perimeter of your home by digging small holes in the soil around the foundation and injecting Termiticide into these openings. The result is a comprehensive barrier of Termiticide around the perimeter of your home that will kill all termites in the colony and also provide a barrier of protection to prevent them from returning in years to come. By using this method we skip all the "termite monitoring" trips and direct all our energy at solving the problem.

Our termite control services come with a warranty (in writing) stating that your home will be termite-free for a set period of time. The length of the warranty is determined by the age of the structure and the severity of the damage. Our termite control warranty is among the best plans currently offered in Massachusetts. Once you're a customer we provide yearly inspections and evaluations to detect new activity and prevent the problem from reoccurring.
